Part 1

Nathan and Tony are both software developers in a big computer company, working for the same team. Both in their early thirties, and had been with that company for almost 3 years. 

Nathan is obviously the talented one of the two. While Nathan always strives for excellence and is highly appreciated by his managers and peers, Tony is sort of a dimwit. You could never really tell how much Tony really understands and understanding what he means is always somewhat of a challenge. 

Tony did seem to have a healthy sense of humor, always giggling and occasionally making jokes which mostly made only himself laugh and anyone else just smile awkwardly as most of the time the reason for why Tony finds it funny wasn’t very clear.

Out of everyone, Nathan always seemed to understand Tony more than others. Perhaps it was that they had been working together, side by side in the same office for a long time, or perhaps it was another one of Nathan’s talents that allowed him to understand Tony. Or perhaps, Nathan didn’t really understand Tony as much as he thought or at least as much as it seemed. In any case, they got along great together, and it seems like Nathan was always assisting Tony in one way or another.

Out of the two of them, Nathan was definitely the looker. While both Nathan and Tony are big tall men, Tony was more on the big and chubby side, though not fat, while Nathan was well built with strong arms and thin waist and generally seems like there was hardly any fat on him. 

Though he had all the reasons to be, Nathan never was a show off. While it was obvious that he has been working out regularly, you’d never hear him discussing it or flaunting. He was just a good sport, and well liked by everyone.

The manager of Nathan and Tony’s department is a guy named Tim who is not too strict on formalities and who values team work and good humor.

On one Friday afternoon, Tim, being the fun guy that he is, decided to treat everyone to a DVD movie they would watch in the afternoon at the office, instead of the last few working hours of the week. Tim being a Monty Python fan decided to bring one of their movies. The movie was to be screened in the conference room within the company’s building.

The room was the same room in which their regular work meetings were taking place during the week. It was big enough for thirty people, with the people sitting along three of its walls, and a big 90” TV screen at the fourth wall, in perfect view of everyone.

The TV was meant to be used for connecting a laptop to it for the purpose of displaying presentations sometimes presented in meetings, and there was a cable connected to one of its input ports for that purpose, so that the presenter could connect his laptop to it.

However, the TV was of some niche manufacture, and connecting a laptop to it for presentations was pretty annoying. The reason for that was that the TV’s AV input selection menu, accessed through its remote control, had 10 options and for some reason they were oddly and similarly named. While all one wanted was to connect the laptop and select the HDMI input, there were very few people that actually remembered how the HDMI is named in the AV menu – as it was actually named DV-PORT while other input options were named DT-PORT, DW-PORT etc. 

Also, the order of ports as they appear on the AV menu changed every time the TV was turned on! So, you couldn’t just remember the HDMI input by its position in the menu. Worst still, when an AV option was selected you have to wait 10 seconds for the TV to respond.

While you could select any input port directly, most people just tried them one by one as it didn’t seem to matter, and so the process of selecting the port was usually trying the first one, waiting 10 seconds, it didn’t work, move to second option, wait 10 seconds, move to third et...il the picture finally popped up and you heard the crowd’s relief and more so the presenter’s one. While this process would take about a full minute on average, it took a bit less as fortunately two of the input port selections were named NA which everyone remembered did nothing.

So all 30 people of the department, consisting of mostly Nathan and Tony’s software developer peers, both male and female, plus a few low level managers who were the team managers, and Tim the department’s manager, were seated in the conference room and it was time for the TV connecting “ceremony” to begin.

It happened to be that Tony was sitting closest to the TV where the cable to connect the laptop to was placed along with the remote control, and Nathan was sitting right beside him. It was customary that whoever is presenting and using his laptop would be the one to “enjoy” the process of setting up the TV, and it was Tim’s laptop.

While Tim was moving towards the TV cable to connect the laptop, which was where Tony was sitting, he announced that the movie is going to be Monty Python, which he kept a secret till this point, and which got positive responses from the crowd.

Josh, who is one of the software developers from another team and is sort of the department’s clown, said something about hoping that it was one of them that has a bit of nudity to which everyone giggled and Tony especially.

Tim reached were Tony was seated just as Tony was in the middle of his giggling. When Tim asked Tony to move aside a bit so Tim could connect the laptop, Tony said, while still giggling, that he’ll take care of it, and Tim happily accepted having someone else handle this annoying process, he left the laptop with Tony and went back to his sit. Josh then said to Tony to make the right TV input choice quick as he wanted to get to the nudity.

Everyone was still excited, talking about Tim’s wise movie selection, when Tony mumbled something about nudity and full-Monty Python and saying that if he’ll fail to connect the laptop then he’ll do the nudity

No one really understood how did Tony come up with this, but it just sounded like one of those times when no one fully understands Tony and he obviously meant something else that made sense in his head. As usual, no one really felt the need to ask Tony what he meant, and ignored him assuming it will make it go away.

Next to Josh was his colleague Kelly, working for the same team as Josh, and following Tony’s odd comment, seemed like the only one that was interested in making some sense of what Tony had said and she said something privately to Josh that no one could really hear. Then, Josh responded to Tony:

“So you mean that for every wrong AV selection you are going to take off an article of clothing?”

Josh was obviously just toying with Tony as Tony did not say that, and surely wouldn’t do it. To that Tony just responded:

“Yes!”

Of course everyone laughed at this notion, including Nathan sitting next to Tony, and didn’t take Tony seriously as they never really do.

Tony then took the TV’s remote and entered the AV menu and selected the first option which was D something PORT. The 10 seconds went by, and not surprisingly nothing happened, other than the "no signal” message that appeared after 10 seconds.

But then something did happen –

Tony stood up, moved from his seat to stand right in front the TV, and took off his shoes!

Everyone started laughing saying that Tony is being a good sport, and realizing that they did understand Tony correctly for once.

Once Tony shoes were off he tried the next AV input and after 10 seconds to no surprise got the “no signal” message again. Tony just said “Oh well”, and took off his socks to continued laughter from the crowd.

The third option wasn’t a charm and didn’t work as well. Tony took a few seconds to look at the smiling crowd, and then started to take off his shirt.

He didn’t seem too humiliated by this nor did he seem to enjoy it. He seemed to just do it because he said he would.

When Tony moved to the fourth input option, the 10 seconds were a bit more tense, as for the first time since this show started, people, and perhaps even Tony, began to think about where this is going. The chances of the fourth option being right weren’t all that great, but obviously Tony isn’t going to take his pants off in front of everyone, right??

Finally the seconds had passed and the “no signal” message showed on the TV.

This time Tony took more time staring at the crowd, looking like his silly self so it wasn’t sure if he was in distress or what is it he was feeling.

Nathan on the other hand, seemed pretty embarrassed for Tony. Then Josh broke the silence playfully asking Tony:

“Are you going to take your pants off or are you going to take your underwear off as you don’t seem to have anything else left?”, which got laughs from the audience, though no one actually expected Tony to take anything else off.

But then Tony said:

“Of course I’ll take off the pants and not the underwear, how can I take off the underwear while still having my pants on?”

As everyone was a little shocked, partially because Tony actually made sense and mostly because Tony actually suggested he is going to take off his pants, Tony started doing exactly that – he unbuttoned his jeans, unzipped them and took them off, which left him standing in his blue boxers for everyone to see!

The first slight sign of embarrassment was finally showing on Tony’s face. But as he got cheers from the audience and looked down at his boxers, the look of embarrassment was replaced by his usual childish smile. His boxers weren’t too short or tight, and he thought they actually don’t look that different from his swimming trunks, and he was actually right.

Of course standing wearing only your underwear, however they may look, in your work place while all your colleagues are fully dressed is reason enough for embarrassment but Tony in his silliness was less prone to feeling such embarrassments.

After a few minutes the cheers for Tony standing in his underwear were less loud and it was obvious that some people have started to think where this was headed next although it was clear to pretty much everyone that the strip show is over as even Tony wouldn’t dare continue past that point.

But, the situation was such that there were still six AV input options to try and someone has to do something for things to continue one way or another if they’re ever to see the DVD movie.

Not surprisingly, Josh was the first to speak and asked Tony:

“Why did you stop the show? The right TV input hasn’t come up yet!”

Anyone other than Tony would have probably just quickly try the other remaining input options until the right one popped up, not to mention that anyone else would have gotten his pants up at this point while keep looking for the input.

But, in Tony’s mind, he didn’t see that option but he really didn’t want to try again and take the chance to have to strip naked so he innocently responded to Josh:

“But I’m in my underwear!”, which got the crowd laughing again at Tony’s embarrassment as well as at him stating the obvious.

Tony looked at Nathan, which looked almost as embarrassed as Tony was, as if he’s looking for help.

Nathan, feeling bad for Tony, decided to come to his rescue and to just take the remote and quickly find the input option himself thus getting Tony’s further stripping off the table.

So Nathan stood up, went over to where Tony was standing in the center of the wall in front of the TV, and took the remote off his hands, leaving him confused.

Tim, who up until now didn’t say much and was just enjoying the show like everyone else, saw Nathan coming to Tony’s rescue and taking the remote and his first thought amused him as he was assuming that Nathan is taking over Tony’s “task” and continuing in his place, though of course he immediately realized that Nathan wouldn’t do that.

Nevertheless, as Nathan took the remote Tim playfully said:

“Well done Nathan! Taking over for Tony is the best team work I’ve seen all year!”

This got a big cheer from the audience which of course hadn’t really think that Tim means it or that Nathan is going to do this, but the instant image in their heads of the strip show continuing and Nathan doing the stripping was a very enjoyable one!

Part 2

Nathan was pretty shocked by Tim’s suggesting he continues where Tony had left off, obviously somehow missing the playful tone in Tim’s voice. He thought to himself that no way is he stripping and humiliating himself as Tony just did.

So, Nathan just stood there while everyone’s looking and cheering at him and he wasn’t sure what the best way to respond is.

While Nathan was feeling embarrassed, Tony came back from his distress of standing there only in his boxers and fearing to have to strip totally naked and was his usual self again, and said to Nathan:

“Hey, that’s a great idea! You’re fully dressed!” and took the remote back out of Nathan’s hand.

No one was really clear why Tony was taking back the remote but they liked were this was heading and continued cheering.

Nathan, hearing Tony saying that Nathan himself is fully clothed (though it was stating the obvious) made Nathan realize that maybe he can be a good sport, helping Tony out and make everyone happy - maybe he can actually continue in Tony’s place as he would still remain decently dressed when the “show” will be over.

He quickly looked at the screen, where the AV menu was left open – there were two D something PORT options, then the two NA options which are not relevant and then the last two D something PORT options. So, basically there were four D options left which means there can be up to three mistakes.

OK, Nathan thought, so it’s pretty much certain that I’ll only have to take off my shoes and maybe socks – for up to two mistakes, small price for being a good sport. But in the absolutely worst case scenario of three mistakes I’d have to remove my shirt as well, which is really something I don’t want doing in front of all my fully clothed peers, as Tony so embarrassingly did!

After Nathan contemplated the chances of him having to take off his shirt, versus looking like a party pooper, Nathan finally said:

“OK, I’ll do it”, to everyone’s delight and cheers!

At that Tim playfully said, though it wasn’t easy to hear over the crowd’s cheers:

“Just to make sure we’re clear – Nathan, as Tony’s team mate, you are agreeing to take over his engagement and will take off a piece of clothing for every wrongly selected AV input, until we have the correct one?”

To that Nathan answered a simple “Yes”, though he definitely didn’t sound too sure about his decision, nor happy about it as the option of losing his shirt was very vivid to him.

The crowd on the other hand loved it and cheered loudly, while Tony, having the remote, nonchalantly selected the fifth option and the show was back on!

And while the show was back on and it was clear that Tony would be making the input selections Tim added:

“And no one think of helping Tony make the selections, so if you know the right answer keep it to yourself!”, which was of course just another way to toy with Nathan and Tony as no one knew the right answer anyway.

Nathan stared bewildered at the TV screen where the fifth input option was selected, realizing that it’s decided and that he IS taking the chance of having to strip his shirt off and be left bare chest for everyone to see!

Before he’d fully accepted his new fate, the 10 seconds were already over and luck had it that the “no signal” message was displayed.

To loud cheers from the audience, Nathan thought “I might as well get on with it and prove my team work, too late to explain myself out of this now, and I’ll just hope I’ll be able to keep my shirt on”.

With that thought, Nathan started taking off his shoes and was officially part of the stripping show!

The crowd definitely liked it, even more than when Tony was taking off his shoes! Maybe they’ve been more energized at this point, or maybe it was the obvious embarrassed look on Nathan face while taking his shoes off, definitely more embarrassed than Tony ever was when he took off his shoes.

Speaking of Tony, with his silly smile on his face, he didn’t even wait for Nathan to drop the second shoe before selecting the sixth input option.

Nathan barely noticed that as it was all moving so fast, and pretty much as he balanced himself having his second leg down (and his shoe off), the “no signal” message was up there again.

Nathan didn’t really have time to react other than to start peeling off his socks, while the audience continued their cheers!

While he was taking off his socks, Nathan realized that it’s now actually a 50-50 chance of him losing his shirt. The right option would be either the last D something PORT option or the D something PORT option before it. He REALLY wanted it to be the one before it.

In the few seconds Nathan was collecting his thoughts, something no one expected had happened and it took Nathan some time to realize that.

While he was taking his socks off, Tony wasted no time selecting the next input option and by the time Nathan stood bare feet, the “no signal” message was up again.

But the realization that Nathan’s shirt WILL have to come off was quickly followed by everyone’s realization that Tony had selected the NA option!

“What the hell??” said Nathan to Tony, “Why did you do that??”

But Tony with his usual silly smile just said:

“What do you mean? It’s not my fault that I didn’t select the right option, how could I know?”

He said that in his signature laughing voice, that one you could never tell what was actually going on in his mind. Before Nathan could respond, Tim intervened:

“Hey hey! We agreed that no one is allowed to help Tony with his selections so no one who thinks he knows the right input may say so, that includes you Nathan!”

Nathan just stood there frustrated and confused. How can Tony be that clueless? Everyone knows the NA option isn’t the right one! That cluelessness had just cost Nathan his shirt! He was thinking what’s the proper way to respond, as the crowd started chanting:

“off off off!”

Nathan’s worst case scenario was realized, he understood. He’d have to take off his shirt in front of everyone. He shouldn’t have agreed to this.

With the crowd cheering, Nathan peeled off his shirt and in a few seconds was standing bare chest in front of all his peers feeling very embarrassed!

Everyone was extremely delighted – there was their sexy team mate with nothing on but his pants! And best yet, looking so embarrassed it was utterly cute!

Nathan feeling embarrassed and not really knowing what to do, just crossed his hands in front of his chest, allowing himself at least some modesty.

Nathan was so caught up in his embarrassment, that he didn’t fully realize what was up next. But the roaring crowd and a few fingers pointing at the screen made him turn around to horrifyingly find out that Tony actually didn’t realize what he was doing, and had selected the second NA option!

As the 10 seconds were ticking, Nathan thoughts were racing, refusing to believe that the next “no signal” message will shortly appear costing him his pants!! He had never considered taking off his pants as a possible scenario! Standing there in his underwear would be so humiliating!

Of course, the inevitable happened as the “no signal” message appeared and the crowd was beside itself!

“Oh my god”, Nathan said without thinking, followed by “I can’t be doing this”

The crowd loved every second of it!

Tony, standing right next to Nathan naively told him:

“Why not? I took off my pants before!”

Nathan was too shocked to make sense of this. Just a few minutes ago he was standing up to say some words to save Tony who was standing there in his underwear, and now Nathan is about to be in the exact same place in his own underwear and nothing else!

Nathan couldn’t figure out what to do, as Tony approached him asking:

“Would you like some help?”

This immediately got Nathan out of his dazed state and he answered a quick but determined “No!” putting his hands forward to block Tony’s approach.

As Tony took a step back, everyone was amazed to see Nathan starting to unbutton his pants! He was actually going to do it!

“I can’t believe I’m doing this”, Nathan thought, not sure whether he was saying it out loud or not, as he finished unbuttoning his pants and started to pull them down.

As he started to pull them down, it became clear that Nathan wasn’t wearing any trunks-looking baggy boxers, but in fact he was wearing white briefs, and not the long or baggy kind! They were short and very fitted and as often with briefs, the outline of Nathan’s “package” could be made behind the briefs!

The crowd laughter and cheers seemed to be getting higher and higher, as Nathan was getting his pants completely off until left standing there in only his briefs!

“I can’t believe I’m standing in front of all my team mates with nothing on but my briefs!” he thought, “This is the most humiliating thing I’ve ever done”, again saying it out loud without realizing it.

Nathan was utterly humiliated. He tried covering his briefs with his hands but still felt very exposed. He turned around thinking that having his package hidden from sight would be less humiliating, but as the crowd took view of Nathan’s butt in his briefs, with the tight white cotton allowing a perfect view of his round butt’s shape and the line of the crack between his cheeks, they just cheered louder, causing Nathan to turn back around thinking that at least like this his hands can provide better cover for his state.

After a few minutes of Nathan’s agonizing humiliation of being cheered on by a crowd of his peers staring at him trying to cover his brief-clad package, it was Tony, again, that took things to the next level by selecting the one before last D something PORT input option.

Nathan was actually grateful Tony did it as standing there like this was too much. “This will allow me to get my clothes back on – especially my pants” was his only thought.

Then the “no signal” message appeared.

The crowd was ecstatic! It was a mix of people cheering while others were calling:

“This can’t be happening!”

“Oh my god”

Nathan for once was quick to respond and said “No way!”

“I have stood up for Tony to let him keep his underwear on and not strip naked. Now I’m in my underwear too. If anyone should take their underwear off it will have to be Tony, I’ve done enough”

“Actually”, Tim said, “You have agreed to replace Tony and take a piece of clothing off for every mistake until we have the correct one”

Nathan’s heart sank

“Oh my god”, thought Nathan, “I did agree to this”

He just stood there frozen.

His mind was racing, how did he end up like this? Tony found the word “Monty” amusing, Josh mentioned a stripping challenge that he had no real intention of Tony to actually take on, Tony with his silliness took it on and found himself in his boxers and about to lose those as well, Nathan coming to speak on Tony’s behalf was talked to taking his place thinking it will cost him his shirt at the most, and then that silly Tony stupidly selecting the NA option and then again the NA option ended up with Nathan exposing his briefs and now being expected to take them off too!

He had no idea how to get out of this, but he certainly couldn’t bring himself to take off his briefs. There was just no way he’s doing that.

With that Tony had decided to take things into his hands, literally, and to everyone’s shock went behind Nathan and braced Nathan’s hands with his own, effectively locking Nathan’s hands behind Nathan’s back, and away from his briefs.

The crowd’s shock was quickly replaced by cheering, as they finally got a long unobscured view of Nathan’s package in his briefs, added by Nathan’s thoroughly humiliated face.

Nathan was utterly shocked not fully understanding why is Tony doing this and what is going to happen.

Part 3

Nathan didn’t have to wait long to find out.

Tony, with his own hands busy holding Nathan’s hands, called out for Josh to come and assist him for a minute.

Josh wasn’t exactly sure if to comply but after Kelly whispered something in his ear he said “Sure, no problem” and quickly went over to stand beside Tony.

In an almost innocent voice Tony simply said to Josh:

“Can you take off Nathan’s underwear, my hands are busy holding Nathan”

He said that as if asking Josh for a favor to buy him a hot dog on his way back from lunch.

Josh, though amazed that Tony actually wanted him to expose Nathan, played along and responded in a similar nonchalant tone simply said “Sure” and hooked his thumbs into Nathan’s brief’s waistband, while Nathan stared in awe.

“Wait!” Nathan suddenly came back to life and shouted

Everyone was at the edge of their seats waiting to see how it all plays out, fascinated to see Nathan’s reaction to his rapidly changing situation and frankly very excited to the chances, increasing every moment, of actually seeing Nathan naked!

“Yes?” Josh playfully answered Nathan, amused that Nathan was in such panic he was actually thinking Josh will pull down his briefs and expose him, which Josh of course has no intention to do.

Nathan took a deep breath, as he didn’t really want to believe what he was about to say. But he thought it was the only way out of having the unthinkable happen.

Actually, what he was going to ask would still make what is going to happen to him unthinkable, but not so as having his COCK AND BALLS revealed to all the people he’s working with! Nothing would be bad as this.

Nathan finally spoke:

“Can you please let me turn around before you take off my underwear?”

He couldn’t believe he was actually saying those words. He had basically acknowledged to everyone that he was going to be stripped bare before them.

He had accepted something that he would have never dreamed of accepting.

He is WILLING to have his BARE ASS EXPOSED for everyone to see. Well, as willing as he can be when he’s stripped to his underwear, hands held behind his back by his colleague, and the alternative is what he thought was letting his other colleague expose his cock and balls.

Everyone was shocked, they did not expect that this is what Nathan would say. They expected to hear some plead, or actually a demand to be released at once. Even Josh was a bit shocked as Josh originally had no intention of actually taking Nathan’s underwear off and exposing him and now Nathan is asking him to do just that!

As Nathan’s request was somewhat addressed to Josh, he didn’t really know what to say to him.

Tony on the other hand, was in no shock and was continuing to enjoy this funny situation, as he has been enjoying it, ever since Nathan took his place in the show. So Tony just said:

“Sure”, and started rotating Nathan around in his place, while Tony remained standing in his and making sure Nathan’s hands remained secured, while adding:

“Of course I’ll do it for you, after what you did for me”, and he actually meant it!

In no time Tony had Nathan facing him, with Nathan’s back to the crowd and Nathan’s hands held by Tony’s hands behind Nathan’s neck.

This was unbelievable, here were Tony and Nathan, after Nathan agreed to strip a few clothes instead of letting Tony strip naked, having Tony “repay” Nathan by letting him expose his ass rather than his cock!

At this point Nathan just played along, letting Tony keep his hands immobilized, and didn’t offer any resistance. Perhaps surprised at being manhandled this way, perhaps relieved that his cock is to remain out of sight, or perhaps just mortified that in a moment his briefs will be lowered and his ass will be bare for all.

After Nathan had been turned, the cheers slowly came back along with some calls to “take it off, take it off” which at that point were obviously not targeted at Nathan as Nathan clearly didn’t have his hands free to take anything off.

At that, Josh looked at Tony as if to get an OK to do the deed and Tony said:

“I think he’s ready, let’s give him what he asked”.

Nathan of course was anything but ready and this was anything but what he wanted.

Nevertheless, this was happening. 

Josh once again hooked his thumbs into Nathan’s brief’s waistband and slowly started to lower them.

This was actually happening this time!

Nathan’s face was beet red, though no one in the crowd could see his face and their eyes were fixed on his butt anyway. They couldn’t believe they were actually seeing this, as the top of Nathan’s meaty butt cheeks and crack started to come into view.

Josh certainly took his time to lower the briefs ever so slowly.

After a few more seconds, the briefs were lowered at about half mast, and the crowd was just beside himself!

Kelly, along with some other people actually started realizing that this is just too good of a show not to have for keeps and started recording it with their phones.

Another few seconds and that was it - Nathan’s briefs were at his knees and Josh moved out of the way so everyone could get a full view or Nathan’s round, meaty, pale ass.

“Oh my!” was heard more than once and also “I can’t believe he actually did it!”

Looking at his handy work Josh then decided that the briefs better be completely off, just because making Nathan stand there without a stitch of clothing on his body seems like a fun thing to do, plus the fact that Nathan will know that he has no way to cover up even if his hands were free will likely add to his already thoroughly humiliated state.

So ,Josh started to lower Nathan’s briefs towards his ankles. Once fully lowered, Josh tried to lift Nathan’s foot to take the loop off the leg. Surprisingly, that was the point that Nathan resistance returned and he refused to bring his leg up!

Seems like the thought of losing his last piece of clothing that could protect his modesty was too much for Nathan.

But Tony, seeing Nathan’s resistance, decided to help Josh.

Without much effort, Tony adjusted his grip on Nathan so that instead of holding Nathan’s hands behind his neck, he pushed them to the sides of Nathan’s body, and then Tony wrapped his own hands around Nathan, practically hugging him, while keeping Nathan’s hands to his sides so they were still immobilized.

Nathan was now still facing Tony with his back to the crowd, with Tony’s hands hugging Nathan and keeping Nathan’s hands from moving.

Having maneuvered that, Tony, being the big man that he was, easily lifted Nathan slightly off ground so that Nathan’s feet were completely in the air.

Nathan said - “Tony, please!”

But Tony just playfully answered - “Why? It’s fun!”

The audience definitely agreed – it was absolutely fun!

It didn’t take long for Josh to seize the opportunity, and with one quick motion pulled Nathan’s briefs completely off and threw them to the crowd as some sort of victory trophy.
